Intro to Spin Pole
Spinning pole is a thing! When you look at social media everyone is doing it. You rarely see static moves anymore, so lets get you ready for the spinning pole world in this series!

You will learn the spinning fundamentals, such as how to control your speed and gain momentum when needed, overcome dizziness and smooth transitioning, all while looking graceful and sexy. This class is fun yet challenging at the same time.

Finding Your Sexy Series

This is a 4-week series which focuses on: Sensual Movement, Confidence, and Empowerment

This series will help you tap into your sensuality through pole dance, with an emphasis on floor work, heel technique, and building a personal dance style. In 4 weeks, you will feel like a new person and ready to heat up any room with your presence. Sexy is not easy, so let's start this sensual journey together.

In this progressive series, you’ll focus on:

2. Balance, stability, and body control
3. Clean, intentional transitions
4. Posture, lines, and overall movement quality

Rather than rushing into choreography, this series breaks down the details that make movement look polished, effortless, and undeniably sexy.

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to strengthen their foundation, The Art of Heels will help you build the technique needed to support your growth in heels and beyond.

Heels are encouraged but not required—just come ready to learn, refine, and elevate your movement.

Have you completed Level 1 series successfully? Ready to take things upside down? Level Two Series is for you! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, spins, transitions, learn to invert, learn new ways to climbs, getting more in touch with the pole, and learning to trust yourself along the way.

Trickin’ w/o Invertin’ Series
This series is all about mastering intermediate and advanced tricks without traditional inverting. Instead of flipping upside down, you’ll explore creative drop entries, momentum-based transitions, and grounded pathways to reach inverted-style shapes and tricks.

Build strength, balance, and confidence as you add unique tricks and combos to your repertoire—proof that you don’t have to flip to fly.
